1. INTRODUCTION

Thank you for shopping with OKAPI Lifestyle. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently across the UAE. All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partner, IW Express.

 

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

🌍  OKAPI currently ships within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. International shipping is not available at this time.

  Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time) on a business day are processed the same day and delivered the next business day.

 

      Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or UAE public holidays.

      You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

 

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched by IW Express, you will receive:

      A tracking number via email

      A WhatsApp notification with live tracking link

      Delivery status updates from our courier

 

You can also track your order directly from the Track My Order page on our website or via the IW Express courier portal.

 

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

OKAPI offers Cash on Delivery as a convenient payment option for eligible UAE orders. Please read the full COD terms below carefully before placing your order.

 

5.1  COD Availability

      Available for UAE orders only

      Minimum order value: AED 100

      Maximum order value: AED 500

      COD availability is shown at checkout based on your location

 

5.2  COD Handling Fee

💵  A COD handling fee of AED 10–15 is added at checkout to cover courier cash collection costs. This fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

 

5.3  COD Confirmation — MANDATORY

To reduce failed deliveries and protect our customers, ALL COD orders must be confirmed before dispatch.

 

📱  Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your COD order before shipping. If we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.

5.6  Failed Delivery / Refused COD

5.7  COD Refunds

⚠️  Refunds for COD orders are NOT provided in cash at the doorstep. All approved refund claims are processed via store credit or bank transfer only.

 

5.8  Prepaid Advantage

  Switch from COD to prepaid payment and enjoy PRIORITY DISPATCH + 5% OFF your order. Prepaid orders are always processed first.


6. DELAYS & EXPECTATIONS

Delivery delays may occur due to:

      High order volumes during peak seasons

      Carrier or logistical issues

      Unforeseen weather or road conditions

      UAE public holidays

 

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly via WhatsApp or email.

 

7. INCOTRRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. OKAPI is not responsible for:

   Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

   Unclaimed parcels or failed delivery attempts

   Orders returned due to customer unavailability

 

⚠️  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.    

8. PACKAGING & DELIVERY PROOF

  • All OKAPI orders are carefully packaged to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
  • Our IW Express courier will photograph the sealed package at your door before opening as delivery proof.
  • This protects both the customer and OKAPI in case of any disputes.
